MatrixCourier is developed and maintained by NexmatrixLab (Pvt) Ltd - a custom software company based in Kandy, Sri Lanka, building operational platforms for courier, logistics, and e-commerce delivery businesses.
We built MatrixCourier because most courier businesses were running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and generic tools that did not fit how COD, branch handoffs, and last-mile dispatch actually work. The platform is designed around that reality - bilingual admin, merchant and rider apps, and a branded tracking page your customers can use without logging in.
Every business that runs on MatrixCourier gets the full platform under its own brand and domain - we stay in the background as the team that keeps it running.

Where does NexmatrixLab operate?
NexmatrixLab is headquartered in Kandy, Sri Lanka. We support MatrixCourier customers remotely worldwide, including businesses in the UAE and other markets - we do not currently have a physical office in the UAE.
Is MatrixCourier white-label software?
Yes. Every business runs MatrixCourier under its own brand, logo, and custom domain. Admin, merchant, rider, and customer-facing pages all show your business - not ours.
Why was MatrixCourier built?
We built it because many courier businesses were running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and generic tools that did not fit COD workflows, branch handoffs, or local addressing. MatrixCourier is designed around how domestic delivery actually works in this region.
